Six lightweight aluminium loungers can be found pool side sharing side tables and parasols for your ultimate comfort. All loungers have padded cushions and we supply the pool towels.

Day and night experience the sea air and beautiful views over the bay from our dining area. Moveable parasols are nearby for shade in the heat of the day.

A beautiful spot, day or night, our small seating area is positioned facing the views over the bay with views of Kisla and is sheltered by one of our mature Olive trees.

Our roof terrace enjoys the most exquisite 360º views around the bay. The roof terrace gets sun all day for those that like to sun worship, it also has a gazebo for those that wish to sit in a shady spot and enjoy the sea air.

Four loungers and shared side tables can be found on the roof terrace to make the most of the wall to wall sunshine. This terrace is the perfect location to make the most of the last of the evening sun as it sets over Kalamar bay.

A small seating area is located under our gazebo. Two upright chairs are ideal for reading in the shade and our large squishy sofa is perfect for doing absolutely nothing!

The roof terrace is a simple generous space to get away from it all. A place to retreat to for some 'me-time' or to share sundowners before dinner. It doesn't disappoint.

Our open plan living area has one large sofa, a chaise longue and two armchairs (that swivel to make the most of the views). WiFI can be used throughout and our smart TV has VPN and Firestick allowing you to stay connected.

The modern kitchen is fully integrated offering a large fridge freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen island features four barstools for alfresco feeding! The perfect family congregation space.

Our formal dining area has seating for eight and enjoys views over the pool terrace and out to sea. A lovely space to dine whether it's a casual or formal affair. We can recommend Chef's for in-villa dining.

A separate WC keeps the ground floor ensuite entirely private for your use. A 10kg washing machine is hidden away in here as is our washing basket, pegs, airer, iron and ironing board.

Nothing beats waking up to that view! The master bedroom is a generous space, featuring a luxury pillow top supering zip and link mattress and has a vanity table, large wardrobe space and drawers. A door leads out to the first floor terrace.

Our first floor terrace is accessed from both first floor bedrooms. The views are a joy at all times of the day and it provides a cool early morning spot to enjoy a coffee and a relaxed space for pre-dinner drinks. It's our most favourite spot at Villa Bahçe.

The master bedroom features double sinks and enjoys a custom marble finish. Our rainfall shower is the perfect antidote to a day of doing nothing or everything. A hand and foot shower are also on hand and towels are provided for your comfort.

Our position allows the terraces to benefit from sea breezes and whilst we can't control the temperature of the sun, the terraces are very pleasant in the early evening and offer a chilled alternative to the Old Town.

Our Lemon tree fruits in the winter. bearing huge fruit. The lemons are strongly scented and produce a lot of juice, perfect for G&T's, cocktails, al fresco dining and our homemade lemon curd.

Our Pomegranate tree comes in to its own in September with the fruit bearing juicy glistening pearls of fruit. Delicious on salads, with cheese and in Ottoman style cooking.
