We had a fabulous family holiday in this beautiful villa in gorgeous Kalkan. The bedrooms are large, en suite & really comfy beds with quality linens. Lots of space in the comfortable lounge and well appointed kitchen. Outdoors the pool is a decent size and plenty of comfortable sun loungers. The views over Kalkan bay are stunning. There’s nothing not to love about villa Bahce.

We had a very nice stay at Villa Bahce in August 2025. Everything is very new and modern (furniture, bathrooms). The kitchen is well-equipped. The pool was very clean. The best thing is the stunning sea view from various places in the house. Communication with Sarah, the owner, was excellent.

Villa Baçhe is amazing.
I relaxed on day 1 because Sarah had thought of everything (blackouts/ fly window guards etc) and the house is just gorgeously decorated and furnished. Not only is the house comfortable, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax, enough sofas (very comfy) as well as plenty of space to eat inside too. The lounge/diner space is just amazing and we chilled quite a few nights there as well as seeing the amazing sights of Kalkan - as we all felt so at home. All of us would stay here again without question !

We cannot recommend this Villa or the owners enough. Starting before you even arrive, the bespoke app allows you to arrange everything for maximum comfort and convenience. If you utilise the recommendations, you'll arrive with all the insider knowledge you need to plan the perfect trip. The villa is stunning, equipped with everything you need for a dream holiday. The living and eating spaces have been designed and styled to perfection, cosy and luxurious. Each bedroom/bathroom is finished beautifully over two floors, and like the rest of the property, equipped with excellent air conditioning. The pool area is ideal for long lazy days swimming or sunbathing. The balconies and terraces, with the best views of sun up and sun down, are as you will have guessed by now - finished to perfection! Back to the insider knowledge, if you'd like groceries delivered to cook in the well equipped kitchen or a take away - the app recommendations make ordering in simple and quick. You can walk or book a taxi into town, and visit one of seemingly unlimited stunning restaurants. We were in Kalkan to celebrate some big birthdays and every venue went above and beyond to make our visits special. The food is exceptionally good, and the service has to be experienced to be believed. It's a lively but safe town, perfect for pre-dinner cocktails and post- dinner shopping. Photos to follow.

This year, we returned to Villa Bahce, and it was just as enchanting as ever. The serene surroundings, stunning sea views, and the beautiful pool and garden make it an incredibly special place to stay. The renovations Sarah completed last year have truly come together, creating the perfect blend of modern comfort and homely warmth.
We especially enjoyed the large swimming pool for cooling off and having fun, and the rooftop terrace was perfect for evening drinks while watching the sun sink below the horizon. Inside, the bright, airy living area and fully equipped kitchen made it easy to unwind together, while the ensuite bedrooms offered everyone both privacy and comfort. Everything was immaculate and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival.
As always, Sarah was an outstanding host. She managed our growing group—from four to five people—with remarkable patience, seamlessly organised our airport transfers, and checked in with us during our holiday to make sure everything was going smoothly. Sharon, who lives in Kalkan and takes care of the guests, was equally wonderful. She helped us plan a trip to Meis and even came to our rescue when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the villa with the keys inside. Knowing that every detail is thoughtfully managed and support is always just a call away made it easy for us to completely relax and enjoy our holiday.
Kalkan continues to captivate us — from its outstanding dining to the beautiful Beach Clubs we love, and with a lively yet relaxed atmosphere, it perfectly complements the serenity of Villa Bahce.
Another amazing holiday, and there’s no doubt we’ll be returning in 2026. Villa Bahce truly feels like our home away from home!

We had a fabulous stay here for a week during May half term. The villa is beautifully furnished with a great layout. The villa was very well equipped. Pool area was lovely and relaxing and very well maintained and is great for small children with the steps. The bedrooms were a great size all with an en-suite, with very comfortable beds and beautifully soft bed linen. The villa is really well located, we loved being on the edge of town, a couple of supermarkets within walking distance. We had a 15 to 20 min walk to the heart of town with all the restaurants. Although there are other restaurants near by. Recommend a taxi back which is not very expensive. Sarah is a great host organising our transfers for us and a wine delivery for some chilled Turkish rose! Will definitely be returning, looking forward to next time!

As long term previous guests of the previous owner (17 years) it is often a tricky transition as one naturally compares every aspect. Which is not always fair. In addition, forming a new ‘business relationship’ takes time, flexibility & patience from both sides. Putting that to one side, we are very happy to give the new owner a 5 star rating for the villa overall. Sarah was good with her timely replies too. The villa has been refurbished to a high standard & the few items that have been retained/recycled look good in their new surroundings. It’s evident a lot of time, planning, & money has been spent on the villa & furnishings. It is very tastefully decorated in our opinions. For us personally the bedrooms & en-suites looked & worked fabulously for our needs. It is a beautiful home for Sarah. A powerful shower with separate hand attachment made showering a dream. Washing long hair was made so much easier. We used only our ensuite & bedroom (there are x 3 & all were beautiful) along with the living space. For the first time in many years we stayed in over a few nights. The villa proved to be very comfortable. (Being able to use our Netflix account was an added bonus!) The large fridge/freezer proved perfect space wise. The new washing machine - only taking 12 mins for a quick wash cycle was ideal & for any items you need to wear more than once when away. In addition to these, all the appliances were brand new (dishwasher, microwave & large oven) although we didn’t need to use any of these ourselves. We had a couple of reasons to contact the maintenance team, & a couple we sorted out for ourselves - but this is not a poor reflection on Sarah as to how we felt re that aspect (it was their responsibility to communicate better with guests than they did). Sarah was contactable had we felt we needed to. The pool was kept beautifully clean by the pool chap who was quiet as a mouse 🙂 Kalkan is fortunate to have your beautiful ‘new home’ available for guests to enjoy & all that it has to offer! We’d love to return, as you know.

We stayed in the stunning, Villa Bahce in August 2024, this was our 7th time visiting! This was our 1st time staying under new ownership and the improvements made were fantastic! Sarah, the owner has always been very responsive to our questions and it is obvious that she is very passionate about her guests having the best holiday possible. This is also the case with the people who manage the villa for her, Sharon & Rami. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and the fact that they both speak very good English is a massive bonus! (Sharon is from the U.K.) We had a medical issue while we were away and Sharon kindly arranged for us to see a doctor and even came into the room to translate. We can't believe how amazing the villa transformation is, and how much we enjoyed our stay here. We loved relaxing around the pool each day with some tunes on, keeping cool in the welcoming pool, it’s bliss! The outdoor area looks so pretty with everything now cut back. It was so lovely to return to Villa Bahce! We felt very lucky to visit and were blown away by the improvements that have been made to the kitchen and bedrooms. The beds are so comfortable with plenty of pillows available to suit every guest. We have had a fabulous holiday and were sad it came to an end. This was our second consecutive year, holidaying at Villa Bahce, and it remains enchanting. The location is idyllic, despite the steep climb, with stunning sea views from the rooftop terrace. And the gardened outdoor space, featuring a generously sized swimming pool, was perfect for our party of six adults. This year, the villa's charm has been elevated even further, thanks to extensive renovations undertaken by Sarah, the new owner. The revamped downstairs area is now spacious and inviting, and the upgraded kitchen with modern appliances and a stylish breakfast bar made it a great gathering spot. Each of the three bedrooms now has a new ensuite bathroom, adding to our comfort. Last but certainly not least, Sarah, the new owner and host, was fantastic! She kept us fully updated on the renovations, arranged the airport transfers, and ensured everything was perfect during our stay. An exceptional host! We can't wait to return next year!
