Villa Bahce has been designed as a second home, whilst incorporating as much flexibility as possible for our wide range of guests, anticipating their holiday needs.
Recently renovated in 2024, it fuses traditional architecture with modern design and sits on a corner plot which affords it more outside space than typical recent builds of the same occupancy level.
All three bedrooms are ensuite and can be configured as superking or twin to suit your exact needs. This is a rare feature in Kalkan and allows us to accomodate 3 couples or 6 singles (or anywhere in between) in total comfort.
A further WC on the ground floor is ideal for visiting guests.
Our kitchen is fully integrated including a microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with seating for casual dining for 4, whilst the more formal dining area accommodates 8 guests. Within our terraced garden there is further outside dining and a BBQ.
A separate laundry space on the ground floor houses a 10kg machine and includes a WC for guest convenience.
The living room features a Smart TV, with firestick and many UK channels.
All bedrooms are fully ensuite and feature rainfall, hand and foot showers. Ample wardrobe space is provided with plenty of coat hangers for those that don't travel light!
Our outside space is generous with seating on all three terrace levels to ensure our guests are able to enjoy the sun from rise to set. Sun loungers are provided by the pool as well as on our roof terrace to capture the last of the evening sun.
Daily cleaning of our large, private pool (approx 8m x 4m) is carried out throughout your stay and pool towels are also provided to save on that precious packing space.
All bedrooms at Villa Bahçe have been designed for total flexibility to suit couples, singles and families.
Each bedroom has its own en-suite with the master featuring twin basins.
Our luxury pillow-top mattresses can be configured as superking or twin to suit your needs and we can accomodate up to two extra guests if needed within the two first floor bedrooms.
Our local maintenance team are on hand throughout your stay to ensure you get the very best out of your stay.
You will receive their contact details before you arrive in our digital villa guide and they will also introduce themselves at the start of your stay.
We aim to answer all enquiries within 24 hours and typically respond within just a couple of hours.
If we have availability for your dates, we will hold them for you during a grace period of 48 hours that starts when we send out our booking paperwork to you.
At that point a 25% reservation deposit is required to secure your dates and remove them from the calendar.
The balance payment and £300 damages deposit are due no later than 10 weeks before the start of your stay with us.
Your damages deposit is returned within 7 days of departure once the villa has been cleaned and inspected.

We have been visiting Kalkan for over 20 years and intend to retire at Villa Bahçe. We have created a home from home and work hard to create an unforgettable experience during your stay with us.

Villa Bahçe is located in Upper Ortaalan on Hercai Sokak and sits alongside several high end villas. For those familiar with Kalkan, it is also across the road from the Elvina Apartment Complex.
This location is perfect for both Kalkan and Kalamar and you can be on the Kalamar Road (Cumhuriyet Caddesi) in 5-7 minutes on foot. To get your bearings, the most direct route down to the Kalamar Road brings you out by Migros and Macro near to the Kalkan Regency Hotel.
For those less familiar with Kalkan, Hercai Sokak is below the D400.
Villa Bahçe typically accommodates 6 people and has the added benefit of zip and link mattresses in all three bedrooms. This is a rare feature in Kalkan and allows us to accomodate 3 couples or 6 singles (and anything in between) in total comfort.
We can also accomodate two further guests within our rental license permissions within the first floor bedrooms with z-beds, which comes at a small nominal charge.
If your group is larger, there are several apartment units for rent at the Elvina Apartment complex nearby as well as a number of Baransel and Elegant Retreat rental villas. As a family, we have used Elvina before as they are a few minutes door to door and provides a perfect solution for extended family and additional guests. If you need any help securing additional accommodation we can help put you in contact with the relevant parties.
Our pool is exclusive to the villa and is quite private due to the mature planting in our garden.
It is approximately 8 meters by 4 meters at a maximum depth of 1.5m.
It has both traditional and roman steps, which can be useful for little ones and those less mobile.
For those with children, it is not infinity in style and has ample space round all sides of the pool for ease of access. Children should always be supervised by the pool at all times.
The villa entrance has two short flights of stairs down to it with handrails.
One of our ensuite bathrooms is on the ground floor adjacent to the living room and also benefits from direct access to the pool terrace. There is a small step down into the ensuite from this room.

* Beautiful views of Kalkan and Kalamar bays, Mouse and Snake Island and the magnificent Taurus Mountains
We're situated a 15-20 minute walk from the Old Town and a 5-7 minute walk from the Kalamar road group of restaurants.
There are a variety of routes in to the Old Town to suit all given the local topography.
Plentiful taxis are available to bring you home.
We will work with you to ensure your stay at Villa Bahce is unforgettable.
We can help arrange pre-arrival food shopping, wine, beer and cocktail deliveries and mezze boxes. If you are planning a celebration we can organise celebration cakes, in-villa chefs and more.
We're also able to make advanced reservations for you for restaurants, bars, beach clubs and water sports and connect you with local excursion advice.
